We developed DrugPhoreDB, a comprehensive repository of pharmacophore models for FDA-approved drugs. DrugPhoreDB offers an intuitive, web-based interface where users can search, filter, and export pharmacophore information, facilitating applications across academic, industrial, and educational domains.
